Not hungry when I woke at 7AM. Ate once I got to work and settled.

2 homemade nori avocado and ham rolls
Exercise: 5 mile walk
Charizo and shrimp
Nutbutter via spoon
Off to a friends and then monthly book club: 7:30PM-10PM
To end the night I had some Glutamine fortified Jell-O.
