Such an informative yet easy, fun & short read! I couldn’t put the book down and finished it in under 2 hours. I really don’t like to read books (makes me fall asleep) but I was hooked on this one!
I purchased this book at a time in my life when I was really wanting to take my healthy living to the next level. This book is so full of knowledge; including recipes, shopping lists and meal plans! I will be constantly using this book to keep me on track with a healthy primal lifestyle.
I truly believe that ANYONE can transform their lifestyle by following some of the simple steps written in this book. I really like the way the author approaches changing people’s lifestyle. She understands that the “feet first” method isn’t going to work for everyone. You may only start with 1 meal (i.e., breakfast) a week and slowly transform your lifestyle with the remaining meals. Such a simple, yet powerful, concept!!
Thank you for writing this book and changing lives!

Great read! I could not put this book down and finished it within 2 hours. Author, Kelly Schmidt, was very informative on how your diet can help benefit your body and lifestyle, yet Kelly is corky and realistic by mentioning in the first paragraph you can still eat chocolate (a must for me!) This book is filled with recipes and guidelines on how to easily transition yourself into living the primal lifestyle. I would highly recommend everyone to grab a copy and educate yourself on the primal lifestyle! You are only benefiting yourself.

Kelly sets the bar high when it comes presenting the research on this latest craze. Her easy-to-read conversational style makes this book a favorite on many bookshelves. Kelly discusses working paleo into a budget, which for many, is a top reason for lack of healthy easy (great job in dispelling this myth!). She even provides recipes that are simple and delicious! Thank you, Kelly, for providing another resource for use in my library.

Client testimonials for the cleanse:

“I completed the Standard Process 21-day Purification in January 2017. The first week was the hardest and somewhat overwhelming as I did not plan my meals. However, within the first week, I felt more energized and my thoughts were more clear all because I was eating a clean diet. I thought I would miss coffee but I have only had 2 cups since finishing the cleanse over a month ago. One of my favorite meals is baked salmon, broccoli, and roasted sweet potatoes. I also love cucumber, tomato, and avocado salads with balsamic vinaigrette. I did realize I do not tolerate dairy and have started to use avocado on more meals in place of cheese.” – Katie, December 2016
