Exercise: 4 mile walk
Snack:
20 fresh blueberries over peach jello
Dinner:
Grilled Hoki white fish
Sauteed cabbage, seasonings, sesame oil
Water
Probiotics
Magnesium Citrate
A few sips of Extra Dry Cider
